Short-length polyester fiber made from 100% post-consumer PET bottles. It is spun, crimped, and cut to length, then used for spun yarns, nonwovens, and filling applications.
Hollow fiber has air channels that give loft, warmth, and resilience, making it ideal for insulation and fill. Solid fiber is dense and uniform, suited to spinning and textile applications.
Siliconized fiber is finished with a silicone coating for a smooth, down-like hand feel and better recovery; dry fiber is uncoated. Our hollow and solid grades are available in both finishes.
Fiber from 0.8D to 20D across five grades, with cut lengths from 32 to 64 mm depending on grade. See the staple fiber range for the full breakdown.
Chemically it is the same polymer. Ours is made entirely from post-consumer bottles, so it carries a far lower environmental footprint, with recycled content verified under GRS chain of custody.
The Global Recycled Standard verifies recycled content, chain of custody from bottle bale to finished product, and responsible social and environmental practice across production.
Our fiber is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certified: tested free of harmful substances to the strictest product class, which covers articles for babies and toddlers.
