Every lot we ship can be traced back through each process step to the post-consumer bales it came from, verified under GRS chain of custody.

One closed loop, five steps.

Collection

Post-consumer PET bottles are collected and compressed into bales.

Sorting & washing

Bales are sorted by color and hot-washed to remove labels, caps, and impurities.

Flaking

Clean bottles are ground into consistent, low-impurity rPET flakes.

Pellets & fiber

Flakes are pelletized into rPET resin or spun into polyester staple fiber.

QA & certification

Every lot is tested, documented, and shipped with full chain-of-custody records.

Recycled content and chain of custody are audited by independent certification bodies.
